This page will house the project proposals as we build them. Proposal format is described here as well.

The files should be in two forms, sent as attachments to me. One should be Word 98, and the other should be pure text. Files will be placed online for everybody to see!

• Title of project
• One paragraph abstract of proposal
• One paragraph per team member describing interests, participation in project, and background.
• Three pages minimum, with at least one page per team member, describing the project.
